Hedy Torres es una pintora contemporánea mexicana que vive en Los Ángeles. Inmigró a los Estados Unidos de América en 2006 y comenzó a estudiar Artes Liberales en Porterville College, luego se graduó en 2013 con un Grado Asociado en Bellas Artes. Hedy se transfirió a la Universidad Estatal de California, Northridge, y en 2015 obtuvo su Licenciatura en Arte con énfasis en Pintura. En 2018, obtuvo su Maestría en Arte con énfasis en Dibujo y Pintura en la Universidad Estatal de California, Northridge. Actualmente, la Sra. Torres está enfocando su arte en destacar a los vendedores ambulantes de Los Ángeles y diversas ubicaciones de México.

Hedy Torres is a contemporary Mexican painter living in Los Angeles. She immigrated to the United States of America in 2006 and began studying Liberal Arts at Porterville College, then graduated in 2013 with an Associate Degree in Fine Arts. Hedy transferred to California State University, Northridge, and in 2015 received her Bachelor’s in Art with an Emphasis on Painting. In 2018, she obtained her Master’s in Art with an Emphasis in Drawing and Painting at California State University, Northridge. Currently, Mrs. Torres is focusing her Art to bring light to Street vendors from Los Angeles and various locations of Mexico.
